Revelation 1:9 begins with the words, “I, John, your brother and partner in the tribulation and the kingdom and the patient endurance that are in Jesus”. In these words we are given some of the characteristics that are common among all of those included among those who will be found to have conquered the devil by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death.
There is a brotherhood and partnership among all of God’s children through the blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Because of our relationship with and in Jesus we are given strength as each day requires to patiently endure tribulation as subjects of His kingdom which shall be revealed in heaven.
This salvation that was sealed
With the blood of Christ the Lamb
Will in heaven be revealed,
Written by the Great I AM-
And His promise is not altered
By the things not understood
But will fully show the glory
Of our God in brotherhood-
As His patience in the kingdom
Will endure eternity
Showing forth the love of Jesus
For the Father from the tree.
